Subodh Agarwal IAS Takes on Dual Role: Appointed to Lead Rajasthan's Energy Department
In a significant bureaucratic reshuffle, the state government of Rajasthan has transferred 25 IAS officers, including two district collectors, and made substantial changes within the energy department. Subodh Agarwal IAS, the Additional Chief Secretary for Mines and Petroleum, has been assigned the additional responsibility of overseeing the energy department. Additionally, Bhaskar Sawant, previously the Principal Secretary of Agriculture and Cooperative, has been appointed as the new Chairman and Managing Director of Discoms.
