Piccadily Distilleries is going through exciting changes. "We're trying new things—exploring new markets and finding better ways to work," says Founder Siddharth Sharma in an interview with The CEO Magazine. "We have a team that is eager to learn, and sometimes they even teach us new things. It's a constant learning process—you can learn something from everyone."
Sharma explains that every new place they visit and every person they meet offers valuable lessons. "When we explore markets or travel to new destinations, we always pick up new ideas and incorporate them into our work. Our industry is very creative, and every day brings fresh inspiration from our journeys and the people we meet."
Before 2008, Piccadily mainly focused on alcohol manufacturing. But Sharma credits the Chairperson at the time for having a brilliant idea: to focus more on premium products. This shift helped the company gain global recognition.
